TIPS FOR MINDFUL EATING

1. Slow down and savor each bite: Take the time to really taste and appreciate your food. Chew slowly and pay attention to the flavors and textures.

2. Eat without distractions: Turn off the TV, put away your phone, and focus on your meal. This will help you be more present and mindful of what you are eating.
